Stunning and particularly good setting in the pretty cool area, next to cruise ships. Top-notch units with a wonderful view over the rear. Warm breakfast; recommended.

We received proactive calls from both the marina manager and guest services during our stay to be sure our questions were answered and our needs were being met. Kudos to mangement for an excellent training program!
The docks at the marina are in severe disrepair and are in need of resurfacing. Maintenance not in keeping with the quality standards of this property. ******** If you arrive by boat and will be staying in a room, ask the dockmaster to call a bellman when you request your slip. The docks/marina are extremely hot & you will not want to wait while they figure out how to get you and your luggage over to registration. This was the worst part of the trip, but all was eventually forgiven when they met us with cold water and icy scented hand towels at the front desk.

Liked the adults only pool area for peace and relaxation. The hotel staff were always smiling, helpful and pleasant.
Hotel was a bit remote and although offered all ammenities, you needed to drive at least 5 miles to other local attractions. Rooms look like they could use a little updating. Carpets could be cleaned more regularly. Few noticeable stains. Some minor repairs needed like door to bathroom would not lock.

Enjoyed it during our very nice stay. That was top quality hotel set in lively area, short walk to The Dolphin Research Center, and the cute gift shop. The location was marvellous and stunning, for example, The Calm Waters Spa was just a short stroll away from the property. Superb service was provided. Moreover, parking was across the road.

It did not feel pretentious but still classy.

Beautiful resort, great facilities with tennis, gym and several pools. By far the most friendly, welcoming and helpful staff in our entire 3 weeks East Coast trip. Lovely room.
The dolphin swimming – one of my favourite ever experiences turned sour when they unashamedly try and rip your off for $20 per photo (having refused to let you take a camera with you) – having paid nearly $400 for my wife and for a 20 minute experience I felt like it was shameful profiteering.

My wife and I enjoyed this peaceful interlude in our year. We enjoyed having time by ourselves in this beautiful environment and found it easy to relax with most of our needs easily satisfied, We spent a day taking scuba diving lessons and look forward to doing more of this in the future. We appreciated the possibility of having contact and swimming with dolphins. We were very satisfied with our stay at Hawks Cay.

The restaurant was great for sub quality food, we ordered quality dishes. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and there was free Wi-Fi. Stunning and awesome location to attractions like The Calm Waters Spa, that was easy walk to the hotel.

Something to bring my family back over and over. Because they had a lot to choose from. Adults activity and children activity.

Though my wife and I spent a long weekend with our kids prior to their departure to college as a final getaway for the family. My wife and I are already planning a romantic getaway for us only. The location of Hawks Cay is situated that day trips anywhere in the Keys are doable.
The price of the room was expensive if you were traveling with your spouse only. Family getaway only. We are golfers, an opportunity to play golf somewhere in the Keys as a package deal would be a solution.
